I accept payment through paypal, ko-fi or bank transfer (Austria only)

If payment will be sent through PayPal, please be sure to select Pay for service/item and set your currency to Euro €

As of now I will cover any paypal fee, but this might change in the future

After your commission order has been discussed you will receive an invoice on paypal. The invoice has to be paid within a week.

If you fail to pay your invoice, I will cancel your commission order if no further matters have been discussed

Payments in parts have to be discussed beforehand

Do not remove my watermark/signature. If desired you will receive an unwatermarked file of your commission for personal use.

If you wish to use it publically, please use the watermarked file

If you want to use my commission work for commercial matters this has to be discussed beforehand

If there is a problem with your commission order I am available to discuss any matter thoroughly and find a solution for any occuring problem (communication is the key!)

You are free to post your commission publically, please refer to me as artist with the right social media handle (this is also very appreciated!)

I may decline your order if I am not comfortable with any details, etc involving your request

I am able to work with references that are based on text, however this might cause additional fees depending on the complexity

Please be sure you have your information, references and payment ready before making an order

I will start on your commission after I received payment. However, if desired I also accept payments in parts

I will frequently update you on the commission progress and I am available at all times if you wish to contact me

If you cancel your commission order during the process you will not get a refund, unless I am still in the sketching process, then I am willing to discuss the amount of your refund. (Depending on the time spend on your commission order)

If I haven’t started on your commission yet, you’re able to get a full refund if you cancel your order. I will let you know when I start with the sketching process

You are free to demand changes on your order during the process

After we confirmed your commission order as finished I will not work on your order anymore. Any changes and edits have to be discussed before confirmation.

You may provide me with a deadline for your commission, this has to be discussed beforehand and depending on the time you provide me there will be additional fees

You have to cover printing & shipping costs. Shipping depends on where you live and the size of the order

Payment should be send after discussing the format and the price

I will provide every order with a tracking number
